decreased under one twentieth on 6 February 2003 according to
notification received.

Harri Suutari holds totally 284 292 shares representing 4,06%
of company's votes and share capital.

The share capital of Ponsse Oyj consists of 7,000,000 shares, each
having a par value of EUR 0.50 and one vote per share.
