The EU Regulation No 596/2014 on market abuse (MAR) entered into force on 3 July 2016, and the related statutes affect Ponsse's insider management and insider registers, imposing new obligations to insider parties. The managerial personnel of Ponsse Plc and their related parties covered by the MAR statutes are requested to report their business transactions as of 3 July 2016.
