Ponsse tunes up its organisation for international challenges

To enable it to better respond to growing international challenges,
Ponsse Oyj is overhauling its organisation. Members of the new
Management Team are responsible for core business areas on a global
basis. President, CEO Arto Tiitinen will serve as Chairman of the
Management Team and the persons below have been appointed Team
members:

Pasi Arajärvi (37), Purchasing and Logistics Director. He is
responsible for group logistics, factory service and purchasing.

Jari Kartano (49), Export Director and Managing Director of Ponsse
UK. He is responsible for group exports.

Tapio Mertanen (39), Service Director. He is responsible for group
service.

Jari Mononen (30), Communications Manager. He is responsible for
group communications and marketing.

Juho Nummela (27), Quality and IT Director. He is responsible for
group IT and quality.

Heikki Ojala (47), Industrial Director. He is responsible for group
production and the order delivery process.

Mikko Paananen (40), CFO and CEO’s deputy.

Veikko Rintamäki (51), Technology and R&D Director. He is
responsible for group R&D.

Ari Särkiniemi (41), Information Systems Director. He is responsible
for the information systems unit in Kajaani.

Jarmo Vidgrén (29), Sales Director. He is responsible for Finnish
sales and service.
