Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. to partner with Ponsse North America, Inc.

United States, Finland - May, 2006 - Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. and Ponsse North
America, Inc. have agreed to co-operate in the North East United States to
distribute the PONSSE timber harvesting equipment and processing heads to help
customers throughout New England accomplish their timber harvesting tasks in a
productive, cost-efficient manner. Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. is a highly respected
supplier of forest machinery in its area, having over 75 years of experience in
the forest industry, representing companies like Timberjack since the 1960s.

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. began in 1929 as the Portland Tractor Company in
Portland, Maine. Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. is now one of the largest Volvo dealers
in New England. They represent multiple lines of leading manufacturers in the
industry and the company has from Maine to Connecticut five full service and
sales facilities. Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. has become uniquely positioned to
provide a selection of the best equipment available anywhere with support
unsurpassed in the industry it serves.
