Ponsse and municipality of Vieremä progress with business premises arrangement

Ponsse Oyj and the municipality of Vieremä have drawn up a business premises
arrangement whereby the municipality builds and leases new production premises
to Ponsse.

The new premises will be built at Ponsse’s Vieremä factory in two stages during
2005 and 2006.

Meeting on 18 February 2005, the local council gave the go-head for Vieremä to
be involved in the project.

Ponsse will disclose details of the arrangement and other investments in
premises on 21 February 2005.
