Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2027:

16 February 2027 – Financial statements 2026
20 April 2027 – Interim report (Q1), January–March 2027
10 August 2027 – Half-year report, January–June 2027
19 October 2027 – Interim report (Q3), January–September 2027

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 9 April 2027. Ponsse Plc’s Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later.

The 2026 Annual Report including Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements, will be published on the company’s website during week 11/2027.

All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English.

Ponsse observes a 30-day silent period prior to the publication of the results for the quarter or financial period in question.
