Ponsse's Mechanic International Competition: Mats Axelsson from Sweden won the even competition
Ponsse organized the Mechanic International Competition fort the fifth time on June 4-5, 2025 in Iisalmi. A total of 13 competitors from 12 different countries took part in the final competition. Mats Axelsson representing Smålands Maskin & Industriservice AB from Sweden won the very tight and even competition.

Einari Vidgrén Foundation Awards Responsible Forestry Professionals
20 years ago, Einari Vidgrén, the founder of Ponsse Plc, established a foundation bearing his name to highlight Finnish forest know-how in terms of logging. In June, the Foundation will once again reward distinguished forestry experts. This year, the Foundation is looking for responsible logging professionals, whose work focuses on the broad range of forest machinery and forestry skills, as well as sustainable development.

Ponsse Schmiersystem - neue Lösungen für die Kettenschmierung von Forstmaschinen
Das PONSSE Schmiersystem ist ein neues optionales Zubehör für Ponsse Harvesteraggregate, das für die Schmierung von Kettensägen entwickelt wurde. Das System versorgt die Kettensäge mit Schmierfett aus einschraubbaren Fettkartuschen; die entsprechenden Dosierungseinstellungen werden im Opti5G-Informationssystem vorgenommen. An einem warmen Ort gelagerte Fettkartuschen gewährleisten eine effektive Schmierung während der gesamten Arbeitsschicht.
