To expand its financing base, Ponsse Plc has on 1 September 2017 signed an agreement on a Finnish commercial paper programme to the value of EUR 50 million. The main organiser of the programme is OP Corporate Bank. The brokers are OP Corporate Bank and Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch.

This financial restructuring will diversify Ponsse Plc’s financial base and strengthen the Group’s normal financing of its investments and working capital.
