Ponsse Telephone Support also offers telephone assistance. Sometimes there are problems with a machine that can be solved by offering technical advice, instructions or reviews done over the phone, and the operator will be able to continue harvesting as planned. If a maintenance visit is necessary, however, the service response time can be reduced by reserving the necessary service parts at the Service Centre in advance. A service request and possible service part requests will be immediately mediated to the local service organisation.
