Preventive Care
A Preventive Care Agreement entails preventive servicing every 600 or 1,200 hours, up to 6,000 hours. The basic agreement includes service parts and oils, periodic servicing work and checking of the machine settings. Extended Care and Operation Care are additional services available through a Preventive Care Agreement.Extended Care will compensate for faults in the machine’s main components for the period of time between 2,000 and 6,000 operating hours. With Extended Care, the owner of the machine can ensure that sudden breakdowns or faults will not cause any major increases in maintenance costs.
Operation Care means going through the forest machine’s operational efficiency and ensuring that the machine is used with the optimal adjustments for the conditions. At the same time, further training can be offered to the machine operators if necessary. These actions will allow the machine to produce the best possible quality year in and year out without compromising on usability.
