Maintenance Care

A Maintenance Care Agreement includes a Preventive Care Agreement, a Repair Shop Agreement and a Field Service Agreement. Thus, Maintenance Care covers repair costs arising from faults in major components after the warranty period. Parts Stock and Response Time are additional services available for a Maintenance Care Agreement.

Parts Stock enables storage of components critical for the machine at the customer’s site or close to the customer’s site. If a fault occurs, the downtime can be reduced when the necessary parts are already close by.

The Response Time service can be used to define the time between a fault in the machine being observed and the time the Ponsse service team starts solving the problem. The size and location of the Parts Stock and the Response Time limit are special services that will be defined separately for each customer when making an agreement.
