HN200 harvester crane
|
The HN200 harvester crane is an updated version of the HN125. Both its structure and hydraulics have been designed using the very newest manufacturing and material technologies, with the goal of extreme reliability and efficiency. More high-strength casting components have been used for the HN200 parts than for any other solution on the market. |

Cold-formed from special steel piping, the boom's pieces have no visible welding seams which might weaken their fatigue resistance. Due to these changes, we were able to raise the strength, measuring accuracy and service life of HN200 booms substantially. The most noticeable difference between the HN200 and its prototype is the hose apparatus, which has been moved inside the boom system. The round vertical pillar and narrow lift boom allow excellent visibility behind the crane, and there is no need to be careful of external hose apparatus when thinning the densest sites. The hose apparatus is built for ease of service; the hose can even be changed through the boom's back cover, without taking the boom system apart any further. The HN200's usability has likewise been improved in many ways. Optimising the cylinder arrangements and pivots has made the pillar's slave cylinder unnecessary, and quick starts from the backward position are bolstered by a starting valve. The speed of the extensions has been increased and their acceleration is backed up with start valves. Damped-end cylinders on the extensions, pillar and crane base buff the crane's quick movements. The HN200 can be fitted with many optional accessories to simplify use. Centralised manual lubrication means the lubrication points are clustered in the crane base. Easier still, an automatic lubrication kit is available for those who desire the utmost in comfort. The crane base can be equipped with an automatic stabiliser that keeps it vertical regardless of the chassis tilt. Lighting power can be increased with treetop lights or gas-discharge lights that turn night to day. |
