Ponsse LoadOptimizer loader scale

More payload - more easily. The PONSSE LoadOptimizer system weighs, specifies, saves and manages load information in all phases. Weighing data collection makes load handling routines easier. PONSSE LoadOptimizer reveals a different kind of view to loading: weight has value.

Optimal load

Precise weighing ensures an optimal load at all times. No more under- or overloads. The display unit continuously shows the total weight and load weight. It is also possible to track the total mass driven by the shift, for example.

Easy-to-use

Fully automatic weighing, taking place during loading and when unloading, and load detail registration fulfils the measurement demands for fuel wood, for example. Load data is always up-to-date.
The clear graphic display, help texts and auditory signals instruct the user during loading. It is easy to use the display unit: only five push buttons are needed.

Durable structure

The totally new display unit is fully dustand waterproof. The weight sensor is designed to endure extreme conditions and hard use. The cabling of the equipment is designed to specifically fit PONSSE cranes, and significant innovations enhancing durability have been made to it. The operation of the LoadOptimizer is unaffected by dirt, dust, snow, water, frost or impacts.

Load Tracking

The new display unit registers the load data of as many as the 1,000 most recent loads. PONSSE LoadOptimizer has been approved as an official weighing method, and the data can be transferred to customers’ load controlling systems.

Compatibility

PONSSE LoadOptimizer can be installed to all PONSSE crane models. Cranes can be equipped for the loader scale while in the factory. If necessary, loader scale installation can take place in the factory or at the retailer.

Data transfer

PONSSE LoadOptimizer’s USB, RS and ETHERNET connectivity gives data transfer a new dimension. Load data and driver’s log information can be transferred using a USB memory stick or via wireless connection to a vehicle computer or PC, and the information can also be printed onto paper. The LoadOptimizer also enables the transfer of weighing data to the logistics systems of different forest companies and corresponding customers.

Accuracy

PONSSE LoadOptimizer has excellent weather resistance. Weighing results are accurate in temperatures as high as 40ºC and as low as -30ºC. Weighing accuracy fulfils the official weighing accuracy demand for forest companies (+/- 4%). The display unit reminds the driver and takes care of the weighing of each load.
