Ponsse's statutory labour negotiations have come to an end
PONSSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 June 2009 AT 9:00 A.M.
The statutory labour negotiations, begun in Ponsse Plc on 12 June 2009, stated that as a result of the weak demand for forestry equipment and the uncertain market situation, preparations should be made to adjust operations next autumn as well.
The negotiations have reached a solution according to which fixed-term temporary layoffs can be implemented in different functions as required. The negotiations concerned the entire Finnish personnel of Ponsse, approximately 500 people in total.
