Ponsse Road Show in France, Aquitaine

The Ponsse Road Show 2007 has moved from Germany to France, and on Thursday 10 May the location was Aquitaine in Southern France. The weather was hot with the temperature reaching +30°C by noon.
The beautiful weather and Ponsse machines, with the Bear leading, drew a crowd of approximately 200 forestry professionals. At the controls of the Bear was Tomi Kuusela, felling for the first time the curvy Maritime Pines typical of Southern France.
 
Lunch was enjoyed in the shade of the forest in true French style with red wine and three courses. During the lunch break the machines were positioned next to the tents allowing visitors a good chance to inspect all the technical details.
