Ponsse Road Show in Germany: Olpe/Tillkausen 24 and 25 April 2007

After Stemmen the Ponsse Road Show truck moved on to the German storm devastation area at Tillkausen, in the Olpe district. The logging display site was totally ravaged, as if after a bombardment. One can only marvel at the forces of nature. Nevertheless, the PONSSE Bear was able to demonstrate its strengths, as the trees with strong limbs and the relatively steep slope provided a challenging working environment. Jarmo Udd in the Bear driver's seat did a first-class job and even trees of over 5 cubic meters seemed to run relatively easily through the PONSSE H8 harvester head. This two day event attracted hundreds of visitors. We will now make our way in high spirits towards the Czech Republic.
