Ponsse's share split

Ponsse Oyj's increase of the number of shares 1:2 (share split) without raising the share capital, approved by Ponsse Oyj´s Annual General Meeting on March 15,2006, has been entered in the Trade Register on 28th March 2006. As a result of the share split, the shares of the company were doubled from 14,000,000 shares to 28,000,000 shares with an accounting value of 0.25 euro each. The share split was implemented in the book-entry system.
