According to the valid Articles of Association of Ponsse Oyj, the minimum share capital is EUR 3,500,000 and the maximum share capital is EUR 12,000,000, within which limits the share capital may be raised or decreased without amending the Articles of Association.

The company's share capital entered in the trade register totals EUR 7,000,000 and is divided into 28,000,000 shares, each having a par value of EUR 0.25.
